myslim is a digital subscription service. This policy explains how refund requests are reviewed.

Digital Access

Access begins after successful checkout. Because the service is digital, fees are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered, except where law requires otherwise or where myslim approves a support request.

Trials

The trial price gives limited introductory access. After the trial, the subscription renews according to the checkout terms unless cancelled before renewal.

Duplicate Or Error Charges

If you believe you were charged twice, charged after cancellation, or charged incorrectly, contact support with the checkout email and charge date. We will review payment records and respond with the outcome.

How To Request

Email support@myslim.app with the subject "Refund Request". Include the checkout email, plan, charge date, and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers or sensitive medical details.
